Shelagh is a substantial vessel built by the Belleveau Boat Yard in Nova Scotia. She is a blue-water vessel, well equipped and fitted out for ocean voyages. She has been professionally maintained and captained throughout her life. She has received numerous upgrades over the years, and the current owners brought her from Nova Scotia to Lake Ontario in 2019, where she is currently located.
Since her construction, she has been updated with additional accommodation areas, as well as an extension to her wheelhouse, which also houses her well-equipped galley.
The master accommodation is located in the amidships deckhouse and features a queen bed and two additional bunk beds. The forward accommodation includes two cabins with bunks, along with separate head and shower compartments.
With substantial tankage and an efficient single-screw design, this vessel is ideally suited for the Great Loop and/or cruising along the Eastern Seaboard and throughout the Bahamas.
